What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), delivery address, order history, payment status (processed by Razorpay — we do not store full card numbers), marketing preferences you opt into, and basic analytics (pages viewed, device type).
How we use it
To fulfil orders, issue GST invoices, provide support, improve the shop, and send updates only where you have consented. Influencer coupons and distributor portals use data solely for those programmes.
Sharing
We share data with payment (Razorpay), email delivery (SMTP), and logistics partners as needed to complete your order. We do not sell personal data.
Security
Passwords are hashed. Payment secrets and SMTP credentials are encrypted at rest. Checkout amounts are calculated server-side and verified with Razorpay signatures.
