Eligibility
Unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused and seals intact. Opened cosmetics generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except where the product is defective or wrong item was shipped.
How to request
Email support@leverbena.in with your order code, reason, and photos if relevant. Approved returns receive prepaid return guidance where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original Razorpay payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Damaged or wrong items
We will replace or refund at no cost when we ship the wrong product or the parcel arrives damaged — contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
