Orders & pricing
All prices are in INR and include GST. Product prices and totals are calculated on our servers. GST is never added again at checkout — tax on invoices is reverse-calculated for compliance. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, stock-unavailable, or incorrectly priced due to error.
Payments
All orders must be paid online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, or wallets). Cash on delivery is not available. Orders remain unpaid until Razorpay confirms a successful capture. GST tax invoices are issued after payment and show the GSTIN registered in our admin settings.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Email verification may be required before checkout.
Distributor & influencer portals
Access is invitation / link-only and governed by separate commercial terms. Misuse may result in suspension.
Intellectual property
Brand names, imagery, and site content belong to Leverbena or licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leverbena is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Product use should follow on-pack directions; discontinue if irritation occurs and seek medical advice when needed.
